Сучасні тенденції розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти України в умовах діджиталізації освіти

Abstract

У статті автор припускає про необхідність модернізації розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти України в умовах діджиталізації освіти, що пов’язане із сучасними тенденціями в сфері освіти. Висвітлює тенденції розвитку освіти у ХХІ столітті, які були запропоновані вітчизняними вченими, проте втратили частково актуальність із-за змін у політичній, економічній, культурній сфері розвитку держави. Серед факторів змін автором виділено: наслідки карантинних обмежень, ведення повномасштабної війни на території України, еміграція, внутрішнє переселення біженців. Автор зазначає, що такі зміни призвели до пришвидшення цифровізації суспільства, зокрема й освіти. Аналіз тенденцій розвитку освіти, зокрема вищої педагогічної освіти, дозволяє висвітлити такі: відкритість системи освіти; підвищення значення психологічного й педагогічного супроводу освітнього процесу; пошук інноваційних підходів; перехід до методів, форм і технологій навчання з використанням елементів проблемності та самостійності; створення умов для самопізнання, самоствердження та самореалізації; забезпечення співпраці на демократичних засадах, рівності; творча спрямованість освітнього процесу; безперервність освіти та інші. Автор указує на те, що науковці під час висвітлення тенденцій розвитку освіти розглядали їх окремо в контексті навчання, виховання чи розвитку. У статті автор висвітлює та обґрунтовує сучасні тенденції розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти України в умовах діджиталізації освіти: поширення діалектичної єдності детермінант едукації майбутніх педагогів; активне застосування консенсусу очно-дистанційних форм навчання; кіберсоціалізація особистості майбутнього педагога; усвідомлення у вітчизняному суспільстві необхідності навчання впродовж ж; поглиблення осмислення майбутніми педагогами у важливості набуття професіоналізму шляхом використання едукаційних інновацій; фреймворк гармонізації едукаціних процесів в умовах діджиталізації освіти. Урахування зазначених сучасних тенденцій розвитку вищої педагогічної освіти в умовах діджиталізації освіти дозволить забезпечити якісну професійну підготовку майбутніх педагогів до роботи та самоосвіти в цифровізованому суспільстві.

In the article, the author assumes the need to modernize the development of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of education, which is connected with modern trends in the field of education. Highlights the trends in the development of education in the 21st century, which were proposed by domestic scientists, but have partially lost their relevance due to changes in the political, economic, and cultural spheres of the state's development. Among the factors of change, the author singled out: the consequences of quarantine restrictions, waging a full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, emigration, internal resettlement of refugees. The author notes that such changes have led to the acceleration of digitalization of society, including education. The analysis of trends in the development of education, in particular higher pedagogical education, allows to highlight the following: openness of the education system; increasing the importance of psychological and pedagogical support of the educational process; search for innovative approaches; transition to methods, forms and technologies of learning using elements of problem solving and independence; creation of conditions for self-discovery, self-affirmation and self-realization; ensuring cooperation on a democratic basis, equality; creative orientation of the educational process; continuity of education and others. The author points out that scientists, when covering the trends of education development, considered them separately in the context of training, upbringing or development. In the article, the author highlights and substantiates the current trends in the development of higher pedagogical education in Ukraine in the conditions of digitalization of education: the spread of dialectical unity is a determinant of the education of future teachers; active application of the consensus of face-to-face and distance learning forms; cyber socialization of the personality of the future teacher; awareness in the domestic society of the need for lifelong learning; deepening of future teachers' understanding of the importance of acquiring professionalism through the use of educational innovations; framework for the harmonization of educational processes in the conditions of digitalization of education. Taking into account the specified modern trends in the development of higher pedagogical education in the conditions of digitalization of education will ensure high-quality professional training of future teachers for work and self-education in a digitalized society.
