Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню лідерських якостей як важливої та необхідної складової особистості сучасного вчителя. Наголошується, що для успішної професійної діяльності та забезпечення гармонійного розвитку учнів особливу роль відіграє наявність у вчителя лідерських якостей, оскільки він керує дитячим колективом, організовує заходи, є носієм цінностей та взірцем поведінки. Підкреслюється, що педагогічним закладам вищої освіти необхідно цілеспрямовано формувати лідерські якості у студентів, оскільки це є запорукою їхньої ефективної майбутньої професійної діяльності. Лідерство викладача, що включає натхнення та мотивацію, є ключовим у формуванні майбутніх фахівців. The article is devoted to the study of leadership qualities as an important and necessary component of the personality of a modern teacher. It is emphasized that for successful professional activity and ensuring the harmonious development of students, the presence of leadership qualities in a teacher plays a special role, since he manages a children's team, organizes events, is a carrier of values and a model of behavior. It is emphasized that pedagogical institutions of higher education need to purposefully form leadership qualities in students, since this is the key to their effective future professional activity. The leadership of a teacher, which includes inspiration and motivation, is key in the formation of future specialists.
