Ролі викладача в персоналізованому навчанні

Abstract

У статті розглянуто ролі викладача в контексті персоналізованого навчання. Представлено та проаналізовано такі поняття, як «тьютор», «ментор», «едвайзер», які відображають сучасні тенденції в педагогіці, характер діяльності викладача та мають персоналізовану спрямованість. Проведено порівняльний аналіз цих понять щодо їх призначення, галузі застосування, організаційних моментів, результативності, індивідуального впливу на здобувача освіти. Означено переваги аналізованих понять щодо організації та спрямування персоналізованого освітнього the paper is a research-based study on the teacher`s roles in the context of personalized instructing. The author is presenting and analyzing the concepts of "tutor", "mentor" and "advisor" which reflect modern trends in Pedagogy, the essence of the teacher's activities and are personality-oriented. A comparative analysis of the concepts in terms of their purpose, scope, organizational aspects, effectiveness and individual impact on the student has been delivered. The pros of the concepts under analysis associated with organizing and directing the personalized academic process for undergraduate and graduate students are outlined
