Особливості атестації педагогічних працівників

Abstract

У статті розглянуто особливості атестації педагогічних працівників. Автор приходить до висновку, що атестація педагогічних працівників є каталізатором самоосвіти, умовою продуктивної науково-дослідницької роботи, тому пошук і організація розумних оптимальних форм професійного навчання – стажування – стає найважливішим завданням теорії і практики підвищення кваліфікації, тим самим підвищуючи конкурентоспроможність організації в цілому. The article deals with the peculiarities of attestation of pedagogical workers. The author comes to the conclusion that certification of pedagogical workers is a catalyst for self-education, a condition for productive research, and therefore the search and organization of reasonable optimal forms of vocational training - internship - is becoming the most important task of the theory and practice of advanced training, thereby increasing the competitiveness of the organization as a whole.
