Медіаосвіта як фактор, що сприяє самоактуалізації особистості в інформаційному суспільстві

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі медіаосвіти та медіаграмотності як необхідних умов для самоактуалізації особистості в сучасному, інформаційно насиченому суспільстві. Медіаграмотність - це ключова компетентність, яка визначається як здатність адекватно взаємодіяти з медіаінформаційними потоками, зокрема: шукати, аналізувати, критично оцінювати та створювати медіатексти. Медіаосвіта виконує унікальну функцію — підготовку людей до життя в інформаційному суспільстві, забезпечуючи їх новими видами компетенцій. Підкреслюється, що ігнорування впливу медіатехнологій неможливе, а медіаосвіта є вирішальним фактором для успішного розвитку та самореалізації особистості в умовах інформаційної доби.

The article is devoted to the study of the role of media education and media literacy as necessary conditions for the self-actualization of the individual in a modern, information-rich society. Media literacy is a key competence, which is defined as the ability to adequately interact with media information flows, in particular: to search, analyze, critically evaluate and create media texts. Media education performs a unique function - preparing people for life in the information society, providing them with new types of competencies. It is emphasized that ignoring the influence of media technologies is impossible, and media education is a decisive factor for the successful development and self-realization of the individual in the information age.
