The article reveals the problem of moral and ethical aspects of information and communication technologies in the context of transformation of moral values of Ukrainian society, which today is characterized by the growth of informatization, resulting in the formation of a special, informational, consciousness that changes the traditional moral and philosophical outlook, transforming traditional spiritual and moral values.
