Abstract

Магістерська робота складається з двох розділів. У першій частині, теоретичній, розглянуті теоретичні засади формування лідерських навичок молодших школярів у процесі навчально-виховної діяльності. У другій частині, дослідницькій, розкривається експериментальна перевірка педагогічних умов формування лідерських навичок молодших школярів у процесі навчально-виховної діяльності. The master's thesis consists of two sections. The first part, theoretical, examines the theoretical principles of the formation of leadership skills of junior schoolchildren in the process of educational activities. The second part, the research part, reveals an experimental verification of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of leadership skills of junior schoolchildren in the process of educational activities.
