Креативність та її роль у професійній діяльності вчителя

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню креативності та її ролі у професійній діяльності вчителя. Креативність розглядається як визначальний фактор професійного становлення педагога на сучасному етапі розвитку науки. Сучасна система освіти, зокрема в контексті Нової української школи, потребує вчителя нової формації, здатного творчо підходити до організації освітнього процесу та постійно саморозвиватися. Креативність дозволяє педагогу створювати інноваційне освітнє середовище, впроваджувати нестандартні методи навчання, гнучко реагувати на потреби учнів та формувати в них навички критичного мислення. Підкреслюється, що розвиток креативності майбутніх учителів під час професійної підготовки є ключовою основою для формування їхньої педагогічної майстерності.

The article is devoted to the study of creativity and its role in the professional activity of a teacher. Creativity is considered as a determining factor in the professional formation of a teacher at the current stage of development of science. The modern education system, in particular in the context of the New Ukrainian School, requires a teacher of a new formation, capable of creatively approaching the organization of the educational process and constantly self-developing. Creativity allows a teacher to create an innovative educational environment, implement non-standard teaching methods, flexibly respond to the needs of students and form critical thinking skills in them. It is emphasized that the development of creativity of future teachers during professional training is a key basis for the formation of their pedagogical skills.
