Моніторинг якості освіти

Abstract

Якісна освіта є необхідною умовою забезпечення сталого розвитку суспільства, консолідації усіх його інституцій, а систематичний внутрішній та зовнішній моніторинг якості освіти забезпечить виявлення та відстеження тенденцій у системі розвитку та рівні якості освіти, створить підґрунтя для визначення відповідності фактичних результатів освітньої діяльності презентованим стратегіям, місіям, цілям, допоможе проаналізувати сильні та слабкі сторони освітньої діяльності. Основна мета викладання освітнього компоненту: формування загальних уявлень здобувачів освіти про теоретико-методологічні аспекти проблеми вимірювання й оцінювання якості освіти, розуміння змісту поняття «моніторинг якості освіти», концептуальних засад моніторингу якості освіти як цілісної системи досліджень, що складається з педагогічного, психологічного, соціологічного компонентів тощо. Методичні рекомендації до семінарських/практичних занять з освітнього компоненту «Моніторинг якості освіти» розроблені із метою закріплення, трансформації та застосування отриманих знань, формування умінь роботи в умовах майбутньої професійної діяльності. Методичні рекомендації доцільно використовувати під час аудиторної роботи. Вони містять теоретичні питання Й практичні завдання різного рівня складності. Зміст методичних рекомендацій відповідає навчальному плану та робочій програмі курсу «Моніторинг якості освіти». Методичні рекомендації розроблені для здобувачів вищої освіти із спеціальностей: 011 Освітні, педагогічні науки; 073 Менеджмент; 013 Початкова освіта. Укладачі рекомендують методичні рекомендації до семінарських та практичних занять викладачам педагогіки; методистам, менеджерам, керівникам закладів освіти. The methodological recommendations should be used during classroom work. They contain theoretical questions and practical tasks of different levels of complexity. The content of the methodological recommendations corresponds to the curriculum and work programme of the course ‘Monitoring the Quality of Education’. The methodological recommendations are designed for higher education students in the following specialities: 011 Educational, Pedagogical Sciences; 073 Management; 013 Primary Education. The compilers recommend methodological recommendations for seminars and practical classes for teachers of pedagogy; methodologists, managers, heads of educational institutions.
