Формування основних soft skills у майбутніх конкурентоспроможних фахівців освітньої галузі

Abstract

У контексті трансформації науки та суспільства, роботодавці всіх галузей виробництва, навіть в умовах воєнного стану в Україні, вимагають від працівників поряд із володінням професійними знаннями та навичками наявності сформованих м’яких навичок. Мета статті полягає у характеристиці найбільш актуальних складових сутності soft skills та можливостей освітнього процесу закладів вищої освіти в умовах воєнного стану для підготовки конкурентоспроможного фахівця для сучасної освіти й освіти післявоєнного періоду. У роботі окреслено групи вимог до сучасного затребуваного фахівця на ринку праці: «жорсткі» навички (англ. – hard skills) та «м’які» навички (англ. – soft skills). Здійснено аналіз існуючих класифікацій soft skills у науковій літературі, висвітлено основні групи та компоненти soft skills майбутніх конкурентоспроможних фахівців освітньої галузі у післявоєнний період і надана їх характеристика. Авторки зазначають, що в сучасних умовах набуває популярності тренінг як дієва форма формування м‟яких навичок у майбутніх фахівців освітньої галузі. Подано орієнтовний перелік форм та методів навчання в залежності від етапу тренінгу у процесі підготовки майбутнього педагога. Стаття розкриває можливості освітнього процесу закладу вищої освіти у воєнний час для підготовки конкурентоспроможного фахівця для сучасної освіти й освіти у період післявоєнного відновлення, а саме: організація освітнього процесу на засадах педагогіки партнерства та створення належного освітнього середовища, у якому майбутній фахівець у тісній співпраці з викладачем розвиває м’які навички за власною освітньою траєкторією під час професійного становлення. The authors notes that in the context of the transformation of science and society, even in the conditions of martial law in the country, employers in all industries require employees to have developed soft skills along with professional knowledge and skills. The article outlines the groups of requirements for a modern specialist in demand in the labour market: hard skills and soft skills. The article analyses the historical way of emergence, introduction and expansion of the content of the terms hard skills and soft skills based on the needs of employers, development of science and complication of requirements for training of specialists in a particular field. The authors analyses the existing characteristics of soft skills in the scientific domestic and foreign literature and finds out that soft skills complement hard skills and are useful to a person in life situations. The authors summarises the most relevant soft skills of successful specialists, identifies the main groups and components of soft skills of future competitive specialists in the educational sphere, and gives their characteristics. The article reveals the possibilities of the educational process of a higher education institution in wartime to prepare a competitive specialist for modern education in the period of post-war recovery namely: organisation of the educational process on the basis of partnership pedagogy and creation of an appropriate educational environment in which a future specialist, in close cooperation with a teacher, develops soft skills according to his/her own educational trajectory during professional development. Given that in today's world knowledge can quickly become irrelevant and outdated, it is much more important to teach young people how to acquire important information and develop the necessary soft skills at the right time. This, according to the author of the article, will be facilitated by the introduction of trainings, master classes, professional workshops, teamwork, group learning, time management, information technology, gamification, interactive teaching methods, discussion classes, project work, rating methods, involvement of students in non-formal and informal education, and the introduction of various forms of interaction between teachers and students in the educational process of higher education institutions.
