Складові професійної компетентності викладача ЗВО

Abstract

Метою роботи є схарактеризувати основні складові компоненти професійної компетентності викладача сучасного закладу вищої освіти. Автори повної мірою розкрили суть професійної компетентності викладача ЗВО і визначають як складне інтегративно-динамічне особистісне утворення, дає право, при наявності професійно обумовлених знань, умінь, навичок, досвіду соціально-професійної діяльності і особистісних якостей діяти у складній ситуації та вирішувати професійні завдання з високим ступенем невизначеності. Відображає готовність і здатність викладачу професійно виконувати функції відповідно до прийнятих освітніх нормативів й стандартів та дозволяє впевнено реалізовувати посадові функції відповідно до ситуації, ставитися до професії як до цінності. The purpose of the work is to characterize the main components of the professional competence of a teacher of a modern institution of higher education. The authors have fully revealed the essence of the professional competence of a teacher of vocational education and training and define it as a complex integrative and dynamic personal formation, which gives the right, in the presence of professionally determined knowledge, abilities, skills, experience of socio-professional activity and personal qualities, to act in a difficult situation and solve professional tasks with high degree of uncertainty. t reflects the readiness and ability of the teacher to professionally perform functions in accordance with accepted educational norms and standards and allows confidently to implement job functions in accordance with the situation, to treat the profession as a value.
